As we close out 2024, I can’t help but feel a deep sense of gratitude and pride. This year has been one of incredible milestones for Hunter Marketing. From adding more amazing talent to our growing team of Hunters to celebrating our five-year anniversary, it’s been a journey beyond what I could have imagined when we first launched.
As a CEO, Columbus resident for over 20 years and mother to a daughter who’s almost five herself, I feel profoundly connected to the work we do here. Columbus isn’t just where Hunter Marketing calls home — it’s where my family and I live, grow, and dream. That’s why I’m so proud that the work we create every day reflects our community, uplifts local voices and pushes for positive change.
This year, we were honored with several prestigious awards: the Apex Award for Marketing and Communications from the International Parking and Mobility Institute, multiple W3 Awards from the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts, a Webby Award honoree title and even a spot on Digiday’s Greater Good Awards shortlist alongside major brands like American Airlines, 7-Eleven and Mastercard. But beyond the trophies, what makes me the most proud is the purpose and heart behind each of these campaigns.
From bringing “Phil Meeyup,” an animated trash can, to life for Keep Columbus Beautiful to inspire recycling and waste reduction, to helping promote pay equity through Columbus’s Salary History Ban, our work this year has celebrated our clients’ missions, supported our values and made a tangible impact in the community we care so deeply about.
One of our greatest achievements this year was supporting the LinkUS initiative. Nearly every Hunter touched this campaign, and the team’s relentless dedication helped pass a ballot measure that will shape Columbus’ future with unprecedented transit and infrastructure improvements.
To our clients — thank you for believing in us and allowing us to partner with you in meaningful ways. To our partners and supporters — you inspire us to keep pushing boundaries. And to my incredible team of Hunters — you make this journey unforgettable. Your energy, passion and drive make Hunter Marketing what it is today.
As we step into 2025, I’m filled with excitement for what lies ahead. Thank you for being part of our journey, for sharing in our successes and for helping us create something impactful and joyful. Together, we’re building a future for Columbus that I’m proud for my daughter to grow up in.
With all my heart,
Elspeth “Elle” Paige-Sack
