2022–2023 Recruitment
In the midst of a workforce shortage affecting transit agencies across the country, the Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) set out to attract candidates for Transit Operators and other COTA positions in order to restore service frequency to pre-pandemic levels. We created a robust, dynamic recruitment campaign showing potential applicants in the Columbus area real-life success stories from COTA employees who look like them. As a whole, the recruitment campaign garnered nearly 42 million impressions across just five months, driving 24,000 clicks to the website and ultimately drawing over 800 applications.
