On The Line
With the Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA)
As Columbus recovered from the most challenging parts of the pandemic, COTA was proud to step in as a community connector to help get people back to work and back to the businesses, organizations and institutions that make up our city’s culture. We created the video series On the Line to raise awareness for all of the amazing places and partners connected by COTA to build brand affinity and encourage customers to ride COTA to local events and cultural institutions.
In 2022, we released 19 episodes of On the Line, with each episode reaching roughly 75,000 different viewers and generating an average of nearly 200,000 impressions per video. These episodes engaged over 20 community partners in total, raising local awareness for COTA’s available services to everything from a food and resource pantry run by and for Veterans to the Columbus Zoo.
